Can you make a piece in my size?
Yes. Most of what we sell is made to order, so you can change the size, the wood and the fabric. Send us the measurements of your space.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the size, the wood and the fabric you pick. Tap “Get a quote” on any piece and we will send you a price on WhatsApp.
How do I place an order?
There is no cart or checkout. Message us on WhatsApp with what you are looking for, and we reply with a quote. Once you agree the design and the timeline, we start building.
Can you copy a design from a photo?
Yes. Send us a photo or a sketch and tell us what you want changed. We will tell you what is possible and quote it.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. Send room photos and measurements on WhatsApp, or visit the showroom and talk it through with us in person.

How long will it take?
It depends on the piece. We confirm the timeline together with your quote, before you commit.
Do you deliver to my city?
Tell us where you are when you message us. We confirm delivery and the cost with your quote.
Will you set the piece up in my room?
Yes. We deliver and set the piece up in your room.
What if a large piece will not fit through my door?
Tell us about your doors, stairs and any tight corners when you message us, so we can plan the piece to get into the room. We confirm what is possible with your quote.

Can I choose the wood and the fabric?
Yes. You choose the size, the wood and the fabric, and you can see the finish before you confirm.
Can I see the furniture before I order?
Yes. Visit the showroom on Cavalry Ground, Lahore. We are usually open until 10 pm, but message us first so we can have the pieces ready.
Can you match my existing furniture?
Send us photos of what you already have and tell us what you want to match. We will suggest wood and finish options.
Can I change the design after I see the quote?
Yes, before you confirm. The design, the timeline and the price are agreed together before we start building.
Warranty & care
What warranty do you offer?
Warranty terms depend on the piece. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will confirm what is covered along with your quote.
How do I look after a wooden piece?
Wipe it with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and dry it straight away. Keep it out of long direct sunlight and away from heaters, and use mats or coasters under hot or wet items.
How do I clean upholstery?
Vacuum gently with a soft brush and blot spills straight away instead of rubbing. When you choose a fabric, ask us how it is best cleaned.
What if something is wrong after delivery?
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo and a short description, and we will tell you what to do next.
